As your State Senator, he will continue to work for legislation that will help our community attract businesses here and keep businesses here in Nevada which will create jobs. Richard understands that strong businesses provide a tax base for our state and bring growth and vibrancy to our cities and towns. He knows that excessive legislation kills the dreams of Nevada entrepreneurs and he will fight hard to keep a check on government.
Richard introduced a bill last session that would restrict the number of bills that can be requested. Although he gained wide bipartisan support, the committee chairman never allowed the bill to be brought up in committee.
